Othman Al-Juboori
Knowing the law is only half the job.
The other half happens in the courtroom: under pressure, in front of a judge, against an opponent who is watching every reaction you make. Drawing on years of practice before civil, criminal, commercial and labour courts in Iraq, lawyer Othman Al-Juboori distils what is rarely taught in law school into fifty practical rules of advocacy.
